IMO the resignation of KM makes a sale of Amarin even more likely in the near future.

Not following that. Why would KM resign if he thought a sale was coming? He would literally be giving away tens of millions of dollars in stock.

Yeah, because the company is all of a sudden an attractive premium BO target after its entire board and CEO left and are replaced by a bunch of hedge fund guys who have never run a pharma co. Great insight.
