Since it is widely understood that Denner plans to sell Amarin, the new CEO will probably need to come from Denner's present team and will be someone, who is entirely on board with Denner's plans.

IMO the resignation of KM makes a sale of Amarin even more likely in the near future.

Amarin now needs a CEO for the U.S. as well as for Europe and for ROW (as it really has in the past)...This could best be achieved by a sale of Amarin to a BP.
