Cosa .Do U know how they plan to handle the problem with diarrhea which can be a problem when the dialysis patients start this new phosphate binder ? These patients are hooked up to the machine for 3-4 hrs at a time ....and the techs wont stop the process for a bathroom break. Patients hate the current phosphate binders so if they can work out this potential diarrhea problem , Nephrologists should want to prescribe as most dialysis patients never meet their phosphate lowering targets.
