Very much fits into what we are seeing and have seen over the years.
At some point the music stops and the only one’s with seats are the people how signed their releases. I’m ready.

Roger that BOARD... certainly sounds more than plausible (to me).

Essentially, it (seems) like the receivership could remain open... indefinitely (so to speak). IF... this is even remotely true, it is amazing that Steve nor the Judge ensured that wording was included to (eventually) make CERTAIN this Cluster F in fact, had an ending. Wording to include a specific action, with enough specificity to bring this all to a definitive end, without any risk of forever playing ring around the rosie (no pun intended).

I guess i disagree. the securities were never transferred under the law period. so how could JPMC have rights to them with WMB purchase. It's a very interesting read in that a judge can do whatever they want regardless of the law.

But I do agree it's water under the bridge.
