Not to those without the gene. The agonist has nothing to agonize. Furthermore, in your "analysis report", you doubled your mistake by claiming a drug was an S1 agonist. It was two drugs, and they weren't, as the source clearly stated. That's simply a matter of reading, not basic science and reasoning.

There are two other sections that have similar obvious mistakes. Review your paper and sources and you'll spot them.

If the SIGMAR1 gene is knocked out there will be no Sigma-1 Receptors for an S1R agonist to bind to.

If a drug still has some effect it would be through some other mechanism.
