We want to know who, what, where and when, and what were their sources of information and market action. That’s what is necessary, not money. I’m don’t care about the money. This suit clearly was not brought because it would pay out some specific amount or immediately.
The instrumentalities and persons behind this kind of market activity need to be exposed and jailed if they were doing illegal activities or the behavior will immediately continue after payment. It’s not a cost of continuing to do corrupt business. It is a means to address the problem and stop the harm from continuing.
