I agree with Bio and others too. $100 million is simply a nuisance value settlement offer, if even made at all.

More to the point, though, with lots of IFs involved, but if this case goes to trial, and if NWBO prevails, and if defendant financials are allowed in as evidence, the fact Citadel ALONE made $17 billion last year, could well prompt a jury to award a HUGE verdict, including significant punitive damages, esp since the alleged bad actors we’re trying to bankrupt a company with a vaccine that could help extend — if not save — the lives of those afflicted with GBM. Just MHO.
