Sometimes the original owner/developer of a company has to be replaced by professional mgmt , they are to close to the product/ idea. I don't know if this mgmt can punch this though. Its 3rd and goal hopefully they don't fumble.

I honestly know that a change in management at the current hour would be a great thing for the company.

It would not take long to get up to speed if you bring someone in with actual experience that has done this before. In fact, I'd argue that anybody in the C suite of any established biotech company could come in and be ahead of Linda Powers within a week. That is how woefully outmatched she is in this arena.

It would not delay, but expedite, the approval process. To stick with the top gun analogy, Linda Powers leading a biotech company is an orangutan trying to pilot an F-16. You put a halfway decent pilot in that thing and it is a dangerous force. But with a monkey on the sticks, best case scenario is that it never gets off the ground, which is where we currently find ourselves. Worst case, it ends in a fireball. It's time to get a real pilot in control of this F-16 and not a wannabe lawyer that was good at Flight Sim.
