Thanks MattyMatt. The new hiree as Lightwave's Photonics Test Engineer is very academically accomplished 3.9 Summa Cum Laude, and his computer language skills (below) look very interesting. AI and Quantum computing are the future, and future applications for Lightwave's EO polymers.

Cirq: Cirq is a Python software library for writing, manipulating, and optimizing quantum circuits, and then running them on quantum computers and quantum simulators.

Qiskit: Qiskit is an open-source software development kit for working with quantum computers at the level of circuits, pulses, and algorithms. It provides tools for creating and manipulating quantum programs and running them on prototype quantum devices on IBM Quantum Experience or on simulators on a local computer.

Every fact of merit in the post above matters. At least to those with strong education, knowledge and experience.
