Never trust OTC scam artists.Koosy is following the same strategy which all OTC scam artists do another eg:GHST, first R'S then dilute the f.. out.
GHST scam CEO did R/S bringing the share count near 1Million and in no time blww the pig O/S to 125 Million. If KOO really care for the shareholders, like you said he should buyback the 2B bloat before or immediately at R/S and provide some great update to keep the shareholders trust, same time keep stock in healthy state.
