Doesn't make sense. If the land clearance takes longer close past the 15th, no loans? Why would any man like Henry in their sane mind wait for a land clearance to close the $250M? You could simply replace that with other projects that would need funding.

to me I think differently if I may if this is lining up with government of VN for the 15th of March it is always nice to know that the company is working with a government and possibly in PHILs case more than one govt
