Unlikely, in my opinion, assuming the same patient mix unless the initial twelve-month results turned out to be a total anomaly since 47% of patients had improved ADAS-Cog scores and an additional 23% had declines of 2.5 points. Even if the entire patient population was moderate, I doubt a decline of 6 points would be seen since the data indicates that some moderate patients had improved scores in the initial one year reported data. Historical data indicates a 6-point deterioration after one year only for very ill MMSE 14 level patients and SAVA includes MMSE range of 16-26.
