Yes, it would take longer and there would be costs involved, that is correct. It would explain the delays wouldn't it? It wouldn't explain all the delays but some of them for sure.

Not familiar with those tickers however, I am familiar with this one.

If true, that would be the THIRD ticker I'm aware of that's anticipating "a huge pharma spinoff RM."

Rx seems to be the new con after connabis imploded - that's right, I said connabis.

But it would be the only one with audited fins, which I've discovered are virtually useless in OTC - Pink and OTCQB.

My CONnabis gamble filed several audited fins during lockdown that reported multi-million dollar record-breaking quarters. Then they RS'd twice and f'd shareholders. :-(

MDIN's lawyer submitted fake "audited" paperwork to the DTCC to get the chill removed from the stock so they could continue selling billions of unregistered shares to suckers like me. The owner, lawyer & 3 CEOs got charged with fraud, victims got nothing.

In other words, don't be lulled into a false sense of security by "audited" paperwork.
