Any idea if SBES is performing audited financials? That would be more expensive and take longer, correct? Another stock I’m an investor in, PKP#, just spent a boatload of money to file a bunch of audited fins in anticipation of accommodating a huge pharma spinoff RM.

I was thinking that might be the case here as well? Thanks for any light you can shine on this current situation!
