Wrong again. You have no idea if GVSI was or was not presented with an attorney letter seeking the removal of the Restrictive Legend. You assume alot.

The flaw with your speculation is a) that no shareholder whose shares Sharp wants to cancel is aware of anything that is happening with their shares which is highly unlikely and b) that the judge will most likely cancel the shares without you knowing the specifics of the case and whether the shareholders acquired the shares legally.
