Wrong again. You have no idea if GVSI was or was not presented with an attorney letter seeking the removal of the Restrictive Legend. You assume alot.

I assume just as much as you do, with your assumption that they were presented with EIGHT different attorney letters!

Except my assumption is based on Rule 144, which requires that the company be current with all disclosure requirements prior to removing the restrictive label.

So... my understanding is that no attorney would send an attorney letter requesting that the label be removed until it was current, which happened yesterday.
