Rose; Yes, the questions (Proposals) are identical. It's the interpretation of the Recommendations that's the confusing part. It was for me until I read and verified the Blue Proxy card. recommendations. MRM and I had this discussion this morning. You'll just have to go read both Proxies to get my point. There's two sets of Proxies White and Blue, identical proposals, with different recommendation wording. Stick with the Blue card. Good luck.
PS I wouldn't wait on casting my vote, the sooner the better. It's all up to you folks however.
