I guess I am only thinking about voting electronically at proxy vote dot com. I assume that once they have the vote it cannot be changed by someone else. Now, would I mail a white ballot back to Amarin whilst voting for Denner - NO way in Hell.

Exactly my feeling. I wouldn't trust using Amarn's white card no matter what even if electronic.
