shadoolane, please check if your broker provides you with a control # make sure that it's for the blue proxy card. Not the white one. Spoke with DF KIng they said the blue cards were mailed by snail mail to shareholders who have the shares in their possession. But the broker has to be instructed to provide the BLUE card control #.
