I just called D F King and asked about Broadridge.
The guy I talked to didn't know Broadridge's role and did not recognize the name of the guy who responded to my emails sent to the D F King email address that was shown in the Sarissa presentation.
The water is very muddy on this. I think there is something hokey going on.
I have checked with both brokerages and to date there is nothing there and my contacts do not seem to have a good handle on what is going on.
Right now, I don't feel very comfortable about what is happening.
