I was told by the D F King representative that the blue proxy card would be sent through Broadridge for me to vote my shares.

Please explain your comments regarding Broadridge.

Now I'm confused again.

Lizzy; agreed, Proxyvote.com is sponsored by Amarin. The verbiage is confusing, so I would be hesitant on using Proxyvote.com.

It looks fairly simple, but the way it's worded, it could be construed either way.

If I vote For does it mean I vote in favor of Against?
Or if I vote Against does it mean I'm in agreeing with keeping PWO?
