Excellent breakdown for 2023! I’m happy to say this is the 5th straight day we ended in the green!! If we hit $1.25 I believe we can reach $4-$7 a share short term with news and a dash of FOMO before reverse split happens!
I’ve been sending emails and voicemails to a ton of media outlets telling the $NIOCORP story! We need Mark on numerous networks not just Fox!!

MS- Might also include an event titled: "IROC Trading Halt." At some point in the course of these events-if they happen- the TRX is going to issue a trading halt at which time we should seriously gap up. The Times coverage may be even bigger than we think. It would not surprise me if it generates coverage on CNBC. Not a big fan of Jim Cramer, but he and the others at CNBC love to be at the forefront of companies like this early on but after there is some measure of legitimacy already shown. They would not, for example, want to be too far behind the NYT. AIMHO. GLTALs

9) Updated and final FS
10) Some funding from Government - Loan or grants or guarantees
11) Debt arrangement - maybe soon after the merger/listing in one or two phases
