Update on Milestone List as of 10 Feb, 2023 - moving along steadily.
I apologize - I should have updated this a few days ago, but did not get a chance. Have broken up the NB and GXII shareholders meetings into 2 parts. Also once the merger results are in and the amount of cash determined, more milestones will be added.
IMHO: The milestones are steadily being achieved and the share price is also getting firm with an upward trend since the beginning of the year where it was $0.7400.
The following things we can look forward to in sequence (more or less) and/or overlapping and will be reordered as events develop:

1) Meetings with US Government Entities - 31 Jan - 02 Feb. 2023 - ADDED DONE - SP $0.9591 - 03 Feb. 2023
2) NYTimes Article - DONE - SP $0.9591 - 03Feb. 2023
3) Updates from Demo Plant: 6th Feb, 2023 - Demo Plant showing strong Rare Earth Recovery Results - ADDED - SP $0.97 - 07 Feb. 2023
4) Approval from SEC 9th Feb 2023 & SH Meetings set - DONE - SP $0.9270 - 10 Feb. 2023
5) FULL Results from the Demo Plant - viability of REE economics, process simplification
6) NB shareholders' vote for the merger - 10th Mar, 2023
7) GXII shareholders' vote for the merger - 15th Mar, 2023
8) SPAC Participation and Results of cash infusion - NEW
9) Completion of Yorkville Financing - ADDED
10) Listing on the NASDAQ
11) Updated and final FS
12) Some funding from Government - Loan or grants or guarantees
13) Debt arrangement - maybe soon after the merger/listing in one or two phases
14) Off-take agreements for REE, some more Scandium and possibly Ti and remaining NB
15) Start the work with surface and underground long lead activities & Ground Breaking - UPDATED
16) Surprises? - NEW
