3) Results from the Demo Plant - viability of REE, process simplification
4) NB and GXII shareholders' vote for the merger - 6th Mar, 2023
5) SPAC Participation and Results of cash infusion - NEW
6) Completion of Yorkville Financing - ADDED
7) Listing on the NASDAQ
8) Updated and final FS
9) Some funding from Government - Loan or grants or guarantees
10) Debt arrangement - maybe soon after the merger/listing in one or two phases
11) Off-take agreements for REE and some more Scandium
12) Start the work with surface and underground long lead activities & Ground Breaking - UPDATED
13) Surprises? - NEW
