I agree Actiontime. I'm not a fan of her talking points a majority of the time, however, I feel basic guidelines and rules will help the overall acceptance of the major cryptos for the long term. However, even the rules will not be perfect as to protecting all investors. There will still be scammers and suckers to deal with.
