100% spot on! Once institutional investors get the green light with the rules they need at the SEC, then the overhang Whales will be absorbed and a less volatile and much higher market is on the way. All Wall Street firm people, existing and former, along with intelligent investors, know this. This would be a bonanza for us that waited.
