You're right. Until it is a fact often times all it is is speculation.

Seeing that management doesn't communicate with it shareholders; or files (and gives no reason FOR NOT FILING) Someone (almost guaranteed if this continues) that they will send this to the EXPERT Market or worse yet; if it is a shell (which this is) will DELIST THIS.
