Smart investors (and even not-so-smart ones) should have learned from the last merger announcement that Xu LIES.
EEG* has announced more than half a dozen mergers during it's 26 years of scamming investors, and it's still .0004 with no business and no revenue.
But it does have a brand new Chinese owner who says one more is on the way.
