Ah I think I know what you are talking about. Please try to find it. But from what I remember st3 ‘set aside’ a certain number of shares for conversion which is a must when changing the AS. They ‘estimate’ the shares that ‘may’ convert and adjust the AS accordingly when they increased it. I think that’s what you saw. It was not a limit … just a guesstimate at the time when they adjust the AS. At least that’s what i think I saw. Lemme know if you saw something different.
