Agree Ralphey and I kept making that point over the last few months

A settlement with 1 entity means nothing to other entities, unless those other entities are material parties (e.g. financially related) to the settling entity

For Example: Since BCBS is not a material party with HealthNet, HealthNet's settlement with Amarin means nothing to BCBS.

ralphey, I agree and I am not jumping on the bandwagon yet. I will hold my current position for now. I want to see what comes out of this move by Denner. If he gets his way and the price is around where we presently are, I will double my investment. It can get messy fast if he fails or AMRN tries to stop him. I am not underwater in my present position and hope to never be again. Approvals in the EU and meaningful revenue from there are 2 very different things. Waiting and watching.
