From listening to KM it seems HealthNet settlement was useless. If generics are out of the bag in the US and cant be reigned in then HEALTHNET settlement is useless and US market is not retrievable . Unbridled enthusiasm after losing the US market would not be advisable. I will watch RX numbers to see if that is or is not the case. My gut feeling - Healthnet represents just another legal failure by the Keystone cops.
