Grillt fraudsters knew about these issues for months and never said anything to investors. Now Pretzel Haus Carrollwood is closed as well, and they lied about the reason for that too... They don't have "supply issues" they have money and management issues.

Nick bailed the beginning of October when the permit for Palm Harbour was locked, and they stopped paying rent. He knew that Pretzel Haus was collapsing.

Only permit I see issued is for the exterior sign. So this could have something to do with the first attempt at getting a building permit. The one that suddenly disappeared. I'm thinking they started something and screwed it up big time and the County found out about it. Then the County gave them a chance to straighten it out, but they still couldn't get too a permit issued. Hence, the lock out.
