FINRA makes money off it by it still trading. Why would FINRA ever think about deleting it? FINRA wont, until it executes FINRA's logic for ticker deletion, and this one is far from it.
Alternate Reporting. SEC wont do anything to it. SEC didn't suspend it, so it's now alternative reporting. Up for grabs at the state level for a new custodian to continue its legacy. Get these cheap shares now.
