Sorry, but no. OTCMarkets is a private paid service, not a regulator. They don't run the OTC in any way, shape or form. FINRA and the SEC do.

The new SEC rule will terminate Calissio's trading at any time as a "dark" issuer.

And the SEC has jurisdiction over all companies, both public and private.

Including non-SEC public issuers.

If you are going to invest in the OTC market, I suggest you learn the most rudimentary basics of how the market actually works.
