Asher (Kramer) floated DBMM a TOXIC, DEATH-SPIRAL loan. In fact, he provided these loans more than ONCE to DBMM. The providing of these loans IN THE PAST does NOT prove that Kramer has AT ANY TIME "Naked Shorted" DBMM(or ANY company).
The selling of unregistered share is indeed a bad thing. Kramer should have been (and WAS) punished for doing it. The selling of unregistered shares IS NOT "Naked Shorting"!!!
