Great. Except that has ZERO to do with any "Naked short" trading!!

Yes, Kramer WAS involved with DBMM. Look up the definition for "WAS". It means "Something that happened in THE PAST"!

Asher (Kramer) floated DBMM a TOXIC, DEATH-SPIRAL loan. In fact, he provided these loans more than ONCE to DBMM. The providing of these loans IN THE PAST does NOT prove that Kramer has AT ANY TIME "Naked Shorted" DBMM(or ANY company).

The selling of unregistered share is indeed a bad thing. Kramer should have been (and WAS) punished for doing it. The selling of unregistered shares IS NOT "Naked Shorting"!!!

There is not ONE SINGLE SHRED of evidence that shows ANY PRESENT INVOLVEMENT of Kramer and DBMM!

If there is ANY verifiable and FACTUAL information that PROVES there is?
