Yes Shadolane, Amarin Management was apparently

clueless that the Democrat Socialist controlled 9th District courts

would favor Socialist Generic Drugs over Capitalist Brand Name Drugs

To me, that means that Amarin Management was (and probably still are) clueless Libs

If the person who knew the vulnerability of the patents was the same person who selected Nevada then that is willful endangerment of the company.

The worse error was made by Covington. They should have picked up the erroneous evidence in the post trial discovery documents. Then quickly call for the court to examine what was uncovered, citing the gravity of the information would change the ruling. This action would have given DU an opportunity to fix a glaring mistake, while helping DU to save face, maybe, to an extent perhaps. At the end of the day, fraud is a big thing, especially since the Judge incorporated said fraud in her ruling.

When a certain person was allowed to determine what information she had to turn over and then destroyed 30,000 email by her choosing and had the hard drives erased with technology that most people would not even know exists, then tries to be cute saying she cleaned them with a washcloth and nothing, absolutely nothing was done to her I realized that indeed, it is a swamp. If that would have been any average citizen they would have served jail time for that action alone !

AMRN knew as did Thero, that's why he bailed.

That's why there needs to be law suites going beyond D&O coverage

shadolane, yeah and the good judge Du was learning on the job as her district had just been established as a patent pilot program.
But look what I found! I'll copy and paste in my next post.
