After the most recent revelations about Twitter's involvement with story suppression, censoring, and banning no one should be surprised by the lengths the cheaters will go to accomplish what they want.

The guy still on board at Twitter after the Musk purchase was still working to mitigate what was being revealed to the public. And he is a lawyer. Now the same folks who were doing all the nefarious things are claiming there is no credibility to any of it. They just deny.

So it also wouldn't surprise me if some inside Amarin knew the potential vulnerability of the patents. For sure selecting Nevada to hear the critical case was a gross error.
