The problem you have is with the first amendment Ms, Shell, and the equal access to information from all sides, without progressive punks trying to quash the free flow of information, and by the government and big tech social media colluding.
The problem YOU have with the First Amendment is that you don't understand what it is. The First Amendment first of all establishes freedom of religion, and prohibits the establishment of any state religion. It also establishes freedom of speech and of the press, the right of people to "peaceably assemble", and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
What the "free speech" part of that means is that the State cannot suppress or punish the expression of individuals' views. It doesn't mean a social media site can't establish and enforce terms of use that might exclude the posting of, say, dick pics. Among many other things. IHub has one. Twitter should have one. The absence of an effective TOU means a chaotic site that eventually will no longer be worth following. Those of us who've been here for a long time saw that happen to the Yahoo financial message boards, and to Raging Bull.
On a much larger scale, it's happening to Twitter. People will just move on; many are already doing so.
