DBMM!!!! SO AM I READING THIS RIGHT? the otc mkts are not waiting for the sec final outcome ??? they will go ahead and drop the ce on their own and that let's the sec off the hook? the otc mkts is a private organisation. not the govt. didn't the sec insist on the ce to be placed on dbmm even though it is current?
