Nope. CE has always been under the OtCM preview. They out the CE on when the delayed filings case was opened. F linings have been cured and initial Sec court decision was dismissal.
First step in CE removal was to have Finra approve a 211 to clear for and assign a market maker which was approved and GLED was assigned. Now the same imformation which was given Finra has been sent to OtCM for Final Approval and Cae designation removed.
