Just don’t understand why BP doesn’t BO NWBO now and get in at a “reasonable” price instead of waiting when naturally the price should be a lot higher and more expensive for said BO.

I was inclined to believe that a BO was imminent but the lawsuit has me wondering if a settlement is how LP plans to fund NWBO in the short term.
