NWBO sent out their proxy for a late ASM, the last day of the year, which included a vote to increase the AS by 40%.

Yes I understand the 250 million commons via the C prefs will be highly likely delivered via the 500 million increased A/S, but that is not the reality as of today, we dont know that 100% for sure.

So 750 million / 1200 = 63% dilution hanging in the balance with no clear path forward. That's NWBO

what I hope is the C prefs have been sold already to a BP or will be sold soon at 5$ and delivered via the increase of A/S but I'm starting to have my doubts
