As I said, the market is not reacting well to the ASM news.

The market is very simple. It doesn't do advanced analyses. It doesn't do DD. It doesn't 'read into' things.

NWBO sent out their proxy for a late ASM, the last day of the year, which included a vote to increase the AS by 40%.

This news is viewed in a vacuum and reacted to according to "raising the AS = bad". It's that simple.

So, as I said, red until next year barring news.
