I've been saying that for sometime,
and anyone can check my past posts....
All noise goes away with revenue numbers and projected revenue for the future of MAXD....

The reasons from why 100M in revenue has changed is also explained on

The people who were to help with that 100M were not true to their words....

IMO;
non reporting for 3 to 6 months is also explained in the latest 8K....

In short, reasons are because of
Harvey Vechery and the team he assembled to try and steal GH's preferred shares....
Those tactics are still very active in trying to distract with misinformation today....
