All noise goes away with revenue numbers and projected revenue for the future of MAXD....

IMO;
non reporting for 3 to 6 months is also explained in the latest 8K....

In short, reasons are because of
Harvey Vechery and the team he assembled to try and steal GH's preferred shares....
Those tactics are still very active in trying to distract with misinformation today....
