Marjac, I have a few questions, if you have time to indulge me. What is the point of the suit? DRL has a supply agreement with BASF. That agreement has made them the generic frontrunner. What do they want to accomplish? BASF was one of the defendants named in the suit. Why sue your own supplier?

The language of the sanctions order may be “under seal”. It is not downloadable on pacer. That’s a new one for me!! A judge issues an opinion, but the public cannot find out what the opinion says or even what the judge did(other than issue a order dealing with sanctions). One would think a judge could at least say on “sanctions” motion subject: “motion(s) granted”, “ motion(s) denied”, “motion(s) granted in part” with rational hidden from public scrutiny.
