Below is my Google Drive link for the Reddys case, updated today to include two PACER downloads: (1) Order granting in part, denying in part; and (2) Minute Entry stating that the Opinion supporting the decision was issued orally on the record by the Judge.

To find out the Judge's reasons, one would have to request a Transcript. The Order on Sanctions was not downloadable, so that appears to be under seal. Sanctions were probably denied.

The legal interpretation is that the Motion to Dismiss the Antitrust claim was fully denied, meaning the parties proceed into discovery on that claim. Amarin can make a motion for summary judgment at the conclusion of discovery.

Tortious Interference was dismissed without prejudice. Reddys has the opportunity to file an Amended Complaint re-pleading the claim, and then Amarin can either Answer or move to dismiss. This case is not going away any time soon.
