Thanks for compiling all this and sharing with us... While W. Kosturos has been added as an Officer to these various WaMu Entities in April 2021, nothing was done as far as 'distributing shares/cash' to us Escrow-holders ho signed releases in 2012.
I understand you were saying cash was only getting realized this year after the 10-year mark (03/2022) and we are supposed to be paid before end of year 2022 because it is a DST etc. Will they pay EOY 2022 or can they push it off in 2023 somehow if they want to pay before Tax Date April 2023? What about 'closing' of the Receivership by FDIC-R? Doesn't that need to happen before we see a Penny? Just trying to see whether we will get any windfall EOY 2022 or it will be probably 10 more years as we wait for FDIC-R to close conservatorship, sorry Receivership...so that I can plan about how to optimize my 2022 tax payments. So far,,,connecting the dots has been misunderstood for the last 14 years…as the bk has been closed 12/2019….the WMILT has distributed what was left and donated the rest….
