Asset Trail By Connecting The Dots Eventually Headed To Timely (by 3/2012) Signed Releasors

More than likely, investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 will be a Beneficiary Recipient of a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust, and they could always avoid legally saying there were no monies and WaMu has no assets because many assets (in my view) were legally moved to a DST where it is virtually impossible to get any information once these DSTs have been set up and in motion hence, NOBODY can own a Trust and no one person owns the assets[.

Thanks goes to BGRIFF who spent twenty dollars to get a certificate from Delaware to prove WMI became a (DST) DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST prior to BK emergence (2/2012) which established it’s assets and distribution plan via two separate (EINs) Employer Identification Numbers.

A) WMI Liquidating Trust EIN - Court recognized assets transfer to LT for distribution observing Lt's waterfall and this for Plan 7

B) WMI's original EIN - Retain any REMAINING assets that were DEEMED BK - REMOTE/PROTECTED for subsequent distribution

WMI has PLACED in every filing following BK emergence of the term, WMI Liquidating Trust, as successor in interest to the Debtors. This is huge when following the process, especially the following.
